The leading user experience conference UX Scotland is once again being held in Edinburgh this June. This year I’m contributing a session.

I set myself the challenge of writing a summary of each session I attended at UX Scotland, as a way of forming my own thoughts on each topic, and to make sure to follow up on everything I wanted to.

We’ve just come back from UX Scotland, the annual conference hosted in Edinburgh that attracts user experience and service design professionals from around the world. This year there was a good turnout from the higher education sector, not least from our university. In this post a few of us who were there share our thoughts…

Once again, we’re lucky to have a world-class user experience conference happening on our doorstep down at Dynamic Earth in central Edinburgh. We’ve been long-time advocates and once again, members of our team will be attending and sharing their thoughts.

Last month, I presented a session at the annual UX Scotland conference. It was a great honour to appear on the same programme as people with a world-wide reputation in the field such as Jared Spool and Dana Chisnell. In this post, I’ve included my slides and a transcript of what I said.

I’ve been accepted as a contributor at this year’s UX Scotland conference, happening at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh from 7 to 9 June 2017.

This year’s UX Scotland happened 8-10 June. It was my 4th time attending, and this year I focused mainly on sessions around facilitation and management. As ever there were some real highlights for me, including a full day training session with Kim Goodwin.

In early June, the UX Scotland conference was held for the third time in Edinburgh. I was there once again, this time joined by a newer member of the LTW team – Jonah McLachlan. In this post we highlight what for us were the best sessions, and link to some of the resources now available.

The UX Scotland conference is happening in Edinburgh again next month. It’s a great opportunity on the doorstep for anyone involved in user experience design, research and management, and I’m really pleased to be attending again this year.
