We are looking for three experienced Content Designers to join the Website and Communications team as we embark on major projects to launch the new University web publishing platform and services.

The UX team have recently been helping to ensure an upgraded EASE offers an improved user experience. In this post I tell the story of how we redesigned the interface – focusing heavily on microcopy – and the outcomes of doing so.

As part of our collaboration with IS Helpline, we worked to improve the web content on getting your first student card – and saw the support calls on this topic nearly halved.

Over the summer we worked to improve the quality of web provision for prospective online learners. In this post, we recap the project process we followed and outcomes.

We’re currently doing some work to support the Student Experience Services Communications (SES Comms) project, and as part of this, we’ve been reviewing the Personal Tutors and Student Support Officers (PTs and SSOs) website.
