Following on from our series of sessions looking at what works well (and not so well) for students using Learn courses, we are now turning our attention to the experiences of staff members.

Following a successful usability showcase of the Vet School’s Learn environment, our next event will take place on Monday 28 January at 1.30pm.

We’re running another of our showcase events to highlight how the pilot User Experience (UX) Service is helping a wide range of projects get closer to their target audiences and make better decisions. Booking for Wednesday 5 December is now open.

Last week I supported colleague Ross Ward, part of our Educational Design & Engagement team, in running a session that introduced UX concepts to students, and enabled him to explore new opportunities for technology-enhanced learning.
