We have recently completed a short collaboration with the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies to better understand the needs of students of online postgraduate courses. The findings may help us understand the differing needs of students online compared to on-campus.

Over the last 3 months I had the opportunity to work on a project to create two websites to help recruit students on to postgraduate online Masters programmes.

We had a great turnout for our 4th showcase of the User Experience Service on 5 December. In this post I’ll share the slides and videos of the lightning talks, plus a flavour of the rest of the event.

The Website and Communications team has recently been heavily involved in a pilot project to improve the journey of prospective online learning students, from investigation to offer.

Our latest showcase event for the User Experience Service focused on case studies of recent projects. Lightning talks were followed by a chance to chat with members of project and service teams who had commissioned the work.
