When we edit and structure web content, words are important. But having an understanding of why we’re doing it underpins everything.

At a recent Website Support Clinic, I worked with a web publisher who was creating an EdWeb form with a question that had potentially multiple textfield answers. We used conditionals so that the form would only present extra textfields when needed.

Having recently joined the University in the role of Head of Web Strategy & Technologies, I’ve had an intense few weeks getting to grips with the University’s online presence. In this post I’ll cover a little of my thinking around strategy, and upcoming areas of work.
