The next iteration of our monthly Learn usability testing showcase is taking place at the James Clerk Maxwell Building on Thursday 25 April.

The Public Sector Design Community meet up comes once again to the University. We’re hosting the next event on Tuesday 16 April, 6 til 8pm, at Argyle House. This is for anyone with an interest in the field of designing public services.

The Service Design in Government 2019 conference took place in Edinburgh last week, with three students from our university taking the opportunity to volunteer and get some great insight and experience from experts in the field.

Our monthly cycle of usability testing in Learn continues. Come along to our next event, where we’ll watch students using a Learn environment set up by the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences.

In our latest user focused lunchtime meetup we watched a video of Jared Spool’s ‘Beyond the UX Tipping Point’. In this post I’ll share a link to the video and provide a short summary of the session.
