We’ve updated our Google Analytics (GA) guidance to cover both the latest design refresh, and the launch of GA events.

Over the past few months we’ve been running new training sessions on how to prototype and how to use personas to improve the user focus of developments. Pilot sessions have been well attended and positively reviewed.

I’ve been considering whether we could use video training to enhance our training and support offering. Our initial attempts have been promising and I expect we will be able to alleviate some of the demand for our training in future.

I’ve been working over the past couple of months with Marianne O’Loughlin, a user experience (UX) consultant, to develop new training courses for the University.
