This year’s Clearing case study presented to the Web Publishers Community

On 29th September 2020 Aaron and I presented at the Web Publishers Community session to present the case study of our work in supporting this year’s undergraduate Clearing process.

We talk about our approach on the challenge to design a Clearing vacancy list in rapid time while still following the digital experience design principles. Through desk research, co-design, prototyping, testing and iterating we built a vacancy list that was used by Clearing applicants and call centre staff on results days.

Our colleagues in Website and Communications host these Web Publishers Community sessions online via Collaborate, and talks are recorded.
