I’ll be speaking at the UX Glasgow meetup on 2 December, which is themed around content design.
My talk
My talk is titled ‘What a content designer wants UX designers to know about content’.
As a frequent attendee of both the UX Glasgow and Edinburgh meetups, I find that content and content design can be an afterthought in the UX world. So I hope this talk will give an intro to my discipline to people less familiar with it.
Some of the topics I’ll cover include:
- what content design is
- how it differs from content strategy and UX writing
- content design projects in the Prospective Student Web Content team
- how we can all be champions of usable, accessible, inclusive content
