In September 2023, two Web Content Design Assistants joined the UX team to support the project to migrate web content to EdWeb2. Since they joined they’ve helped the successful migration of over 30 sites, and helped us streamline our approach. We’re delighted to be recruiting more people into this role, bringing the total to five.

We contributed two workshops to this year’s IWMW conference, sharing our knowledge and experience with web managers from universities across the UK.

We are very pleased to reach our Edweb 100 milestone. Even though it has become a bit of a cliché, the image of the challenge of refuelling a jet in mid-air seems more than appropriate here.

Due to high demand for the service, on 5 May 2015 we’re going to run a special website support clinic dedicated to assisting people with their EdWeb migration preparation tasks.

The migration of all websites from Polopoly into the new CMS EdWeb is gathering pace with the first three Schools lined up and ready to go.
