Decommissioning of Polopoly

As has been previously communicated we asked all editors to finish any final archiving processes by 1 June. We are now starting the process of shutting down Polopoly completely.

The process will start on the 15 June. This will stop editors from being able to log in to the Polopoly CMS. No web files have been accessible to the public since April so we don’t envisage there being any issues. If no unforeseen problems arise the final stage will start on the 29 June. And then the sledgehammers will come out and Polopoly will be no more.

All the details that led up to the decommissioning of Polpoly are in a previous blog post – Polopoly is dead. Long live EdWeb.
