We’re presenting at ContentEd 2025
Flo, Jen and Neil are all presenting sessions at this year’s ContentEd Conference, happening online 21 and 22 October 2025. Plus, if you’re a member of the ContentEd+ community, you can catch Lauren in September sharing her experience of leading content design projects.
Community, collaboration and knowledge sharing are very important to us as a team.
We dedicate time together to blog writing and show-and-tell sessions to get everyone comfortable with thinking about and disseminating their work. We also regularly contribute to internal networks like the Marcomms Forum and the Web Publishing Community.
This is all great grounding for getting involved in sector-wide events, and ContentEd is a fantastic place for content, UX and web professionals to get together.

Neil’s talk is Hypothesising: a route to quick wins and stakeholder enagagement. A 10% conference discount is available with the code: NEIL10.

Full list of speakers at the ContentEd Conference 2025
Flo’s session asks the question, “Are students using AI to apply for university?” She explores what analytics and conversations are revealing about ChatGPT and the application process. You’ll learn how to spot new behaviours, prepare your content teams and carry out your own research into what’s next.
Jen’s session explores efforts to bring consistency to course finders across a highly devolved structure. Learn how one team (us!) built trust, overcame resistance and made the case for centralised services without formal governance on their side.
Neil’s session introduces hypothesis-led thinking to help you test ideas quickly, build evidence and move conversations forward. You’ll explore simple techniques and see how they’ve worked in practice.
