New team member increases usability service capacity

Vanessa Zervogianni has joined us as a Usability Testing Service Assistant, enabling the pilot service to support more schools and business units to make their websites and software more user friendly.

Vanessa graduated from Edinburgh with a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence last year, with her application standing out in particular due to her dissertation project which she achieved a distinction for.

Developing an educational app for adolescents with developmental issues, she engaged in several rounds of testing with both target users and educational advisors to enhance and refine her development.

This user engagement has given her an excellent grounding to pursue a career in user experience research and we’re very fortunate to have her on board for the next couple of months.

You’ll be able to meet her at upcoming Web Publishers Community sessions, the Usability Service Showcase Workshops and of course if you decide to have us conduct usability testing on your behalf.
