EdWeb and Polopoly go head-to-head
As we have reached a break in the development of EdWeb, now is the time to look at our old and new Content Management Systems objectively. I’m looking for colleagues to help me do this. If you have experience of both Polopoly and EdWeb, and can spare an hour or so, you can get involved.
Everyone tells us that EdWeb is a big step forward for University web publishing. But just how big a step have we taken? I’m undertaking a usability study at the moment to begin to quantify this, and need colleagues to get involved.
If you meet these criteria, it’d be great to get you involved:
- I’m a trained Polopoly CMS user (level and frequency of use not important)
- I’m a trained EdWeb CMS user (level and frequency of use not important)
- I can spare an hour (or possibly a little more) between Monday 12 and Friday 23 October
- I can come into the Website Programme Office at 21 Buccleuch Place (ideally, but possibly not essential)
If you fit the bill, please complete a short survey so I can prepare an activity for you.
Research participation survey – complete this if you want to take part
Thank you for your interest and continued support!
