Eros at the Scotsman Steps
New Town is controlled primarily by the High Court of Chanel. Eros left The High Court during the betrayal/imprisonment of the house of Burberry in the mid-1900s. Now she resides in the Scotsman Steps on the highest level, self-imprisoned by upside down metal hearts, peering constantly over at New Town and her abandoned throne. Martin Creed’s steps are undeniably beautiful (A principal reason Eros chose to reside here), but the walls are grimy and all sort of people travel up and down this portal, giving her some anonymity. One day she’ll return to the land of Chanel. An event, a culmination, an aggregation, will drive her back to the kingdom she stepped away from.
