Conversation with Korean Ambassador to the UK His Excellency Mr. Yeocheol Yoon 

We are delighted to invite you to an exclusive talk featuring His Excellency Mr. Yeocheol Yoon, the Korean Ambassador to the UK, as he shares insights into Korea’s Foreign Policy and the country’s significant relationship with the United Kingdom. This event will be chaired by Sir Peter Mathieson, the Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Edinburgh.

About the Speaker

Amb. Yoon joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of Korea (ROK) in January, 1985, and took on the role of Director of Protocol in 2002 and as Director of North American Affairs in 2004. He was posted to the Arab Republic of Egypt as Ambassador in 2018. Most recently, Amb. Yoon was appointed in 2022 as the ROK Ambassador to the Court of St. James and arrived in London on October 22nd.
