Freedom of expression interviews

Summary

This is an anonymous, free, theme-free communication space.

Introduction:
This open toolkit differs from traditional interview formats, such as specific topics, complete with outlines. This open toolkit aims to improve problems such as the fact that the interviewee may not be candid enough during the interview even if he/she is not lying. We will conduct the entire process online plus offline anonymously.

Frame:

Step1.We will be choosing the topic of this interview together within 3 minutes. Participants can post any topic they are interested in at Wooclap or write on the paper,it will be a fun brainstorm. We choose the topic for this anonymous interview collection in the last minute.(3min)

Step2.The interviewer writes down as many questions as they are most interested in for this topic online, the more the better, and the whole process will be anonymous. No one will know what you have asked.(4min)
Step3.The next stage is to answer these questions anonymously, so be bold and say what you really think!(7min)

Step4.Summarize the interview questions, either by having the AI pair the questions with the answers or by assigning participants to read them aloud.(3min)

The learners in this proposed toolkit are free to answer the questions without having to force themselves to be their usual ‘selves’ or align themselves with their ‘identities’ or the personalities that are expected of them.
