After trusting my fate to twitter (never a good idea) the winner of the poll was project planning. (Naturally this was my least favourite of the options so I’ll probably abandon democracy from now on.)
This is a VERY quick overview of a process to put project plans together. I’m including a few templates here to work with as well as links to more resources. Some will be UoE specific but I’m sure other institutions have similar resources.
