This week on Monday we had group tutorials. This gave us the opportunity to ask any questions we had about the project so far. This was very helpful as it guided me on what to do next and gave me insight into other peoples projects and methods and routes of research. I aim now to develop my research into psychology and interiors, as well as adding to my precedent studies by looking into other 60s buildings, buildings with public kitchens, and spaces with gardens or atriums.

I made a sketch model of my building to explore and discover how best to show the space within. With the space being so wide and flat, I think a detachable roof is the best way to be able to see through the whole building. This has also allowed me to visualise how the surrounding area works and connects to the lower ground floor, through visual exploration decide on materials.

I also finished my survey, after editing some questions to be more specific to my research.
