Weekly Changes – 20/09/2021
This week sees minimal changes, other than the usual weekly security updates most sites won’t see much change this week. Here are the details…
auth component
The auth component has gained support for configuring the /etc/security/time.conf
configuration file for the pam_time
PAM module. For full details of what is supported by this module see the man pages: time.conf(5) and pam_time(8). This week introduces the new schema (version 5), the component code will be updated in the subsequent stable release. Documentation and basic examples will be provided once this is ready for use. Note that new features for the auth component are only supported on Ubuntu.
