I joined Learning Teaching and Web (LTW) Division in 2016 as an e-Learning support Officer within Educational Design & Engagement section. I liaise with Helpdesk and Service Leads to resolve learning technology related enquiries and issues logged by staff and students. My time is currently split between supporting the delivery of the University’s extensive portfolio of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and maintaining service delivery for Collaborate Ultra. It’s an enjoyable team to work in; learning is encouraged and challenges welcomed. We are also working towards incorporating more social and playful learning into work which encourages collaborations, friendships and helps maintain the mellow ambience with have.
