Im sorry I post on here so much, it feels super inconsequential or something, like all i posts just escape into the aether.
Anyways so i was looking at old files and I found this poem I wrote about my cats in 2013!!! cat lady since day one aha, I was 12 when i wrote this:
Love cats
You are my meowing lamp,
Brightening even the darkest day
You are my purring pianist
Bringing happiness where you play
You are soft rug
But never will you fray
Because I will love you every day
And from that rule I will never stray
But yea that’s quite jokes, here is another love poem I wrote to my cats more recently:
My serpentine suture
solitarily u snake around
you ripple with ginger,
ur cotton socks are slumping
ur eyes r oil-filled and diffractorary
ur hammock-belly low-hanging and hastily-languid
fast moving eyes! stimulus searching
u r a reacher, a stretcher,
u yearn, u purr
and hum with the music
(oh oops I guess thats where i got the snake cats thing from? )
