First release of 2021

The intention is that the first stable release of 2021 will be made on Wednesday 6th January. This relies on us making a testing release on the Tuesday and get all the testing (and any fixing) done on the same day so if we find a big problem it’s fairly likely we would postpone the release until the following week.
