A reminder that the Library will archive Resource Lists from academic years 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20 on Tuesday 10 January 2023.
Archived lists are not deleted and can be re-instated on request, if required, at any time.
Information on how students and Course Organisers can request access to archived lists has been added to the Resource Lists FAQ pages for Course Organisers and Students.
Students who click on a link to an archived list will see this message:
This Resource List has been archived. Find a more recent version of the list using Find Lists (see main menu) or contact Library.Learning@ed.ac.uk to request the original list as a PDF and/or Word doc.
In general, student usage of pre-current lists is low. However, there is a small number of pre-current Resource Lists still in regular use. The Library team will contact the relevant Course Organisers before 10 January to discuss how best to manage these lists. If you are using a permalink to provide access to a pre-current list or relying on a list that’s not associated with 2022/23 course code (check the code at the top of your list) please contact the Library.
If you would like to retain student access to any Resource Lists for courses from 2017/18, 2018/19 or 2019/20, please email Library.Learning@ed.ac.uk before 22 December.
Course Organisers and students will continue to have access to Resource Lists published for courses in 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23.
