Keeping your recordings safe
As many of you may want to use your archived lecture recordings as the basis for designing new online teaching materials, the University has decided to stop deleting the old recordings in Media Hopper Replay and keep them safe for you. If you are concerned about your data being held in this way, please contact IS helpdesk. We will let you know if the situation changes, but for the time being, deletions will be stopped.
Further confirmation of this change of policy can be found on the FAQ page here (scroll to the bottom) and a feature box has been made available on the landing page for the service.
