Edinburgh Community Food Newsletter … and new meals!

ECF is the organisation that provides the fresh fruit and veg stall in the hospitals.  See ECF Newsletter for their Christmas news.  Their Take and Make meal kits have been really successful – over 5000 sold to date, and a lot of them to CRF staff!  They have launched two new meals – a korma and a vegetarian shepherd’s pie with sweet potato mash.  Why not try them out and let us know?
