Professor John Frank, Director, Scottish Collaboration for Health Research and Policy speaking at the launch of the National Pre-Birth to Three Guidance: Positive Outcomes for Scotland’€™s Children and Families held in December 2010. Professor Frank outlined the key public health problems in Scotland and how early life experiences can impact on our future health and development. He commended the National Pre-Birth to Three Guidance and Multimedia Resource and how it is clearly embedded in research.
