The Journey Begins

The Journey Begins

Have you ever thought:

What is happening in our School, and how can I get involved?”, “What is everyone else doing in the PGR Space?, I wish I knew about this opportunity earlier!”

We are delighted to launch our own School of Health in Social Science blog space to give answers to some of these questions!

Our goal is to create an active and well-informed community of postgraduate research students (PGRs). Each month we will feature a different topic, highly relevant to our PGR lives. Information, insights and tips will be shared, as well as PGR inspiring stories, updates and news. If you want to learn more about our blog or if you want to get involved, check the ‘About us’ page!

Our first Featured Content is “Tutoring” and since applications just came out, Nikos and Erifili have shared some very useful tips and insights from their tutoring experiences.

Do you have any do’s and don’ts from your own experience? We would love to hear them!

We know that a PhD is not always an easy ride and for this reason, however small or big your achievement is, we are here to celebrate it with you! You may find some of our PGR updates, but we are sure there are so many more and we would love to hear and include them in our blog- Just contact us!

And if sometimes you forget that your PhD can also be a fun and creative journey, Shalhavit’s, Katie’s and Paula’s inspiring stories are here to remind you how!

Enjoy!
