Digital Detox Webinar

Exciting news! On the 15th of August, we are running a digital detox webinar for staff and students wishing to learn more about how they can foster a more meaningful and healthier relationship with technology. We will be exploring how digital tech impacts our lives, what the benefits of a digital detox are and how we can design one that fits into our individual lives, to make them a little bit better!

Staff? Book this way!

Keep your eyes peeled for the Digital Detox Reflection toolkit we will be publishing for this event and beyond! You might see it on campus, but if you follow us at uoedigiskills, we’ll share the news first!

  1. What a thoughtful and beautifully presented resource, Aysha. I have downloaded a digital copy to review more thoroughly.

Can I ask, did you consider applying a Creative Commons open licence? This could be a lovely asset for the OER Service to promote further.
