An interesting news story we have come across this week from the Times Higher Education website notes that the Scottish Government will be providing a further £2million to fund 250 additional postgraduate places across eight universities in 2015-16. The story also compares this fourth year of expansion with the situation in England, acknowledging the greater variety of routes into teaching, with particular reference to School Direct.
