LinkedIn isn’t just a great resource for networking; it’s also a useful tool to get news and insights into a range of topics, such as the economy, careers and recruitment.
A colleague recently shared with us an interesting blog post from the LinkedIn team. Their ‘The 25 Hottest Skills That Got People Hired in 2014’ explores the experience and skills data of hundreds of millions of their members.
The initial summary is an “overall” picture, and there follows a country-by-country-version. It found that science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM), IT, data analysis and mining, and language skills were all in high demand.
