An Invitation to Think and Act Differently, 23rd September 10-11.00 (online)

Forget business-as-usual seminars. This isn’t a “talk,” it’s an opportunity to reimagine research.
We’re inviting you to step into a space where research collides with art, policy bends to imagination, and practice dares to become poetic.

Speaker: Dr Marisa de Andrade
Topic: Applying Post-Qualitative and Arts-Informed Research in Policy and Practice: Where to Start?

  • Maybe you’ve only just stumbled across these approaches, and they feel like a riddle.
  • Maybe you’re fluent in the theories, but keep hitting walls when trying to make them land in the messy realities of policy and practice.
  • Wherever you sit—curious beginner or seasoned navigator—this session is for you.

Marisa will share fragments of her own journey, weaving in stories and insights from the REALITIES consortium, where systems of health and equity are being re-imagined from the ground up. Expect provocation, playfulness, and possibilities.

Come ready to unlearn, re-think, and re-make.
This isn’t just a seminar. It’s a reorientation of research practice.
