Every year millions of people in the UK suffer from concussion, yet it is estimated that 50% of cases still go unreported. Moreover, mismanagement of this brain injury is a problem that can lead to significant adverse physical, psychological, behavioural, social, emotional and economic consequences. This interactive talk will delve into the current public health issue of concussion.This talk is relevant to anyone, particularly those working in public health, education, psychology, sport and medicine.
