Cradle to cradle(week5)

Understanding of Cradle to cradle

It is an idea when company design the product. It focus on recycling so that material and products can be reused. For example, cellphone, which people only use two or three years than it gets dumped. Some of the materials can be recycle, but most of it just goes into the trash.

In the traditional manufactural people burning and buried, however, Cradle to Cradle is an idea of producing the products, so that the products do not die, therefore all the products can be separated and used again.
In China, most of furnicher is made from particle board. that funicher is very cheap to make and it looks nice, it doesn’t last for very long. But when it gets broken, there Is nothing you can do with it. It just gets smash up and buried. So furnisher manufacture would look at using material that can be recycle.

Cradle to cradle Redesign:
product: wooden earphone

nowadays, Earphone is widely using to listening to the music nowadays. But, the materials used to make earphone is plastic which is highly harmful to both people and the environment.
Made from: plastic and PVC
Instead,I propose that using wood instead of plastic, and using nature rubber instead of pvc. By doing this the earphone is eco-friendly and can be easily to recyclable
