MSc students explore Edinburgh treasures
Edinburgh is a wonderful city to study in, so as part of the last session with their programme director, students from the MSc ANP programme were sent out to explore. The Royal Mile was the starting point for a ‘treasure hunt’ in the sunshine and students were able to explore some of the most historic parts of Edinburgh.
The two teams had to follow an gruelling trail and answer questions about some of the landmarks found within the old city. They also had to take pictures of themselves beside specific sites and engage in a detailed search on Google (yes, it was a dynamic, digital and innovative treasure hunt).
The group that were named the ‘A Team’ were the clear winner with 210 points from a possible 200, and were crowned top of the class.
The cake, Irn Bru and chocolates were enjoyed by all but nobody was able to answer the question: who was the first professor of Nursing Studies at Edinburgh University – do you know? Answers on a postcard!
