Title: Introducing Anthology Ally: adding to our accessibility toolkit

During the move to Learn Ultra, we will provide access to a tool called Ally that is integrated into Learn. Ally is a tool that we are adding to our accessibility toolkit, in order to make our teaching materials as accessible as possible to all of our students. We already have a solid foundation for accessibility at the University:
- Helpful guidance and training for staff which specifically covers the topic of accessible teaching materials
- School-level content audits completed by our summer interns.
Ally builds on the existing accessibility support and provides the following features:
- It allows students to access alternative formats of materials where helpful
- It provides staff with feedback about the accessibility of their materials and guidance on how to improve accessibility
- It provides institutional-level reporting on the accessibility of course materials to allow us to monitor improvement
This poster shows the features of Ally and discusses our plans for making it available to staff and students.
