Apache Managed Domains and ACME DNS-01 Challenge

The new lcfg/options/apacheconf-md-dns.h header configures Apache’s Managed Domains module to request certificates viaDNS-01 challenges with the responses being published in DNS by an ACMEDNS server compatible with that already in use by the x509 component. The ed/options/ed-site.h header specifies that this should use the IS ACME DNS-01 challenge response server acmedns.lcfg.is.ed.ac.uk which publishes the required responses at _acme-challenge.f.q.d.n.lcfg.www-dyn.ed.ac.uk – you must create a CNAME record pointing to this from _acme-challenge.f.q.d.n.

The lcfg/options/apacheconf-md.h header was improved to support multiple virtual hosts on Ubuntu Noble.
