Some Noble Progress Behind The Scenes

A new script called fixversions was added to the pkglist-tools to help update manually maintained package lists for new platforms.

The fstab component is started at boot time on Noble now. You can override this with the LCFG_OPTIONS_FSTAB_INACTIVE macro. Can also now enable it for Jammy using LCFG_OPTIONS_FSTAB_ACTIVE.

Grub no longer needs, nor indeed accepts, the linuxefi kernel type so this is no longer set for UEFI configurations on Noble and Debian Bookworm.

Members of the Informatics Computing team can browse all the changes to the headers and package lists.
