Below are links to some events and communities where you can find out more about learning and teaching activities to get some ideas or inspiration.

Informatics Teaching Festivals
Check out the programme and recordings from the three years that this festival was held:

Computer Science Education Group
This group is hosted by Informatics, but open to all. They hold regular Teaching Hours during semester time and occasional larger events. Most Teaching Hours are recorded, so if you would like to watch a recording of an event from 2024 onwards, please contact the CSEG to request access.

From 2020-2023, Teaching Hours were previously organised by the Teaching@Informatics group; you can access recordings of these events on their archive.

CSE Teaching Community
A Teams site for anyone in the College interested in teaching and learning. They hold community events and host speakers.

UoE Learning Technology Community
This community of practice actively seeks to support learning technology practitioners within the University. They host regular events around a broad range of teaching-related topics and their Teams site provides a space for asynchronous engagement with colleagues from across the institution.

UoE Teaching Matters blog
Staff and students from across the University can contribute posts on any learning and teaching topic.
