Securing a Venue
We will discuss the range of venues available including online formats and their suitability to your project, accessibility for public, the detail of what is available at ECA, fees, agreements, communication with venues, things to consider.

Sourcing Artist’s Work
We will discuss methods of researching and sourcing artist’s work in relation to your project. We will discuss curating existing work, new work, open calls, student work, copyright, historical work and permissions to show and good working practices including artist’s rights.

We will discuss methods of researching and sourcing artist’s work in relation to your project. We will discuss curatorial approaches, design and ephemera.

Health, Safety & Ethics
We will also consider Health & Safety and Ethics at ECA this week for submission Week 8, please look at the relevant sections between Week 6 and Week 7 in relation to your project.
