Week2

This week we visited the Chapel of Saint Albert the Great and measured the daylight factor of the space.

Although the app used may not be accurate, it can be seen that Indoor daylight illuminance is only around 300, while Outdoor daylight illuminance can reach at least 3k, which gives a daylight factor of less than 2% according to the formula, which means This means that the space is rather dark and needs to be illuminated by artificial light during the day.

We have also drawn this space in black and white to get a feel for the light and darkness.
