Exploring the Elements
To explore further on this project, I decided to put the cardboard piece in front of a destroyed wall with cracks in it to depict the element of “destruction”
The cardboard stuck against the wall explores the monument in ruins and emphasizes the current situation of the Residency.
The white cello tapes on the borders of the piece portray the element of “Fragility”
The pillars of the Residency have become extremely fragile and are on the verge of collapsing. The pillars now seem to be as fragile as a cello tape.
