Big aul’ line drawing for Autumn 2020. I have used imagery that is personally significant to me. These pictures hold special memories from exclusively September and October 2020 and depict the people, animals and places that are important to me in my life at the minute. This is a linear, physical and visual representation of my most recent memories made.

I will be taking this image into screen print and using repeated layers, I will create an overlapping breakdown of the image. (see resolved works for last year’s example.)  This is a metaphor for the build of of memories and how that can distort our vision of the past and, in essence, blur the details of what once was fresh living memory.
