学園祭はエディンバラ 大学で開催される特別なイベントだ. 日本語の学生は学園祭に参加します。学園祭が いいから、エディンバラ 大学の学生は日本文化について学ぶことができます 。私たちは学園祭について二人日本の留学生にインタビューしました。一人は筑波 (つくば) 大学の学生で、もう一人は横浜国立(よこはまこくりつ)大学の学生です。学園祭は食べ物とゲームで有名なので、私たちは食べ物を作りたかったのです。私たちのアイデアは、寿司や味噌汁などの伝統的な日本食でした。しかし、それはとても難しいことです。忙しいきょうしつで料理をするのはたいへんです。材料は高いですし、熱湯は危険です。全体的に、ゲームのほうが安全で、企画しやすいと判断しました。よく考えた結果、学園祭に日本のゲームをすることにきめました。そして、私たちは日本で人気のゲームを調査しました。メンコは日本のカードゲームです。二人以上でプレイできます。ゲームに勝つには、プレイヤーは自分のカードを相手のカードに投げて、カードを裏返しにする必要があります。めっちゃ面白かったです！また、しりとりは日本の単語を覚えることを手伝ってくれる。ゲームの説明書を書いたり、メンコカードを折り紙したりするのはとても楽しかったです。日本の学園祭は私たちの学園祭とは少し違います。日本で典型的な学園祭はいろいろな事から成る。まずは生徒達たちは 学 園祭の準備をするのに忙しい です。料理を作ったり、ゲームの準備をしたり、します。多くの人は学園祭に行きます。子供が何をやっているのがみたい両親し、その大学に入学したい高校生たちし、等々。そこで友達を作るのは簡単なので、日本で学園祭はいい社会的な行事です。生徒たちは学園祭を成功させるために彼は互いに助け合います。
The school festival is a special event held at the University of Edinburgh. Japanese students participate in the school festival. The school festival is a great way for students at the University of Edinburgh to learn about Japanese culture. We interviewed two Japanese international students about the school festival. One is a student at Tsukuba University, and the other is a student at Yokohama National University. School festivals are known for food and games, so we wanted to make food. Our idea was traditional Japanese food like sushi and miso soup. But it’s very difficult. It’s hard to cook in a busy classroom. The ingredients are expensive and boiling water is dangerous. Overall, we found games to be safer and easier to plan. After careful consideration, we decided to play a Japanese game at the school festival. And we investigated popular games in Japan. Menko is a Japanese card game. It can be played by two or more people. To win the game, players must toss their cards onto their opponent’s cards to flip them over. It was really interesting! The game Shiritori also helps you remember Japanese words. I had a lot of fun writing the game instructions and origamiing the Menko cards. Japanese school festivals are a little different from our school festivals. A typical school festival in Japan consists of many different things. First of all, the students are busy preparing for the school festival. Many people go to school festivals: parents who want to see what their children are doing, high school students who want to attend that university, and so on. School festivals are good social events in Japan because it’s easy to make friends there. The students help each other to make the school festival a success.
