Welcome to the Informatics Learning Technology Service Support (ILTS) site. Here you can expect to find helpful information on supported technologies for your teaching.

The site is divided into both static pages introducing each service, tool or technology, and a series of blog posts documenting instructions on how to perform a particular task and advertising relevant events.

You can access all content via the horizontal menu above. Both a search box and a category list are provided on the right panel to aid with quick searching.

About the team

You can contact Informatics Learning Technology Support by emailing a ticket to the Learning Technology queue here: LT-support@inf.ed.ac.uk. This will ensure your call is picked up by a member of the team in the most prompt manner.

The ILTS team are as follows:

  • Alex Burford, Learning Technologist, full-time
  • Meredith Corey, Learning Technologist, half-time on ILTS

The site is maintained by the ILTS team for the School of Informatics.
