The Topic Idea Deep sea mining has an interesting start. It started in the 1970s with the CIA hunting and trying to retrieve a sunken Soviet submarine.  

The Topic Idea Romania has a deep history with geology and with mining. Gold was mined since the Roman times. There was a lot of competition between nations to gain control over Romania’s gold fields in Transylvania.
