Black History Month Events

October is Black History Month and there are some exciting events scheduled to celebrate. Here’s some information about the upcoming events:

Black History Month Lunchtime Talks

These talks are organised by the Scottish Graduate Schools of Social Science and Arts and Humanities.

You can register online on Eventbrite.

Look out especially for the talk on 13 October by School of Divinity’s Professor Brian Stanley and Agana-Nsiire Agana, and the presentation on 29 October, which was organised by School of Divinity’s Axolile Qina.

RACE.ED

There are a variety of different events organised by RACE.ED taking place throughout the month of October. These events include talks on decolonising the Curriculum and Black Environmentalism.
