Stonewall Workplace Equality Index Annual Survey 2019

The University of Edinburgh is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. Participation in the Stonewall Workplace Index is one demonstration of that commitment and is a means of assessing our progress relating to the impact of organisational practice on LGBT+ staff.

As part of our submission, Stonewall ask the University to circulate their staff feedback survey to all its employees. Seeking feedback directly from staff is key to understanding what we do well and less well. The survey questions are around key indicators of inclusion in the workplace – examining both LGBT+ and non-LGBT+ employee experiences, opinions and attitudes.

The survey is multiple choice and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

The information participants provide is anonymous.

The survey was emailed to all staff 26 September 2019 for completion by 1 November 2019 using the University of Edinburgh’s assigned four digit code.
