Invitation to Senate discussion on ‘Support for Early Career Researchers’

All members of staff have been invited to attend the University Senate’s discussion on ‘Support for Early Career Researchers’ at its meeting:

Wednesday 2nd October from 2-4pm
Lecture Theatre G.03, 50 George Square

Speakers will present an overview of issues facing research staff, and a summary of some of the support available.

Senate will also hear from representatives of the research community and from those supporting them. The audience will be invited to join a discussion on how the University engages and supports research staff in relation to career challenges and development opportunities. Tea and coffee will be served after the session.
