研究負責人：梁敏莊

梁敏莊是英國愛丁堡大學博士生，她分別在香港浸會大學及香港教育大學獲得音樂學士及教育碩士學位。作為一名音樂導師，她教授鋼琴和相關音樂課程，擔任鋼琴伴奏超過十年。她對音樂教育的奉獻和熱情推動了她進一步探究音樂如何在日常生活中影響情緒健康和幸福感。她曾在香港教育大學張婉文博士的指導下完成了一篇碩士論文，探討香港青少年音樂參與和情緒健康之間的關係，並在《音樂心理學》2020年的期刊上發表了她的首篇期刊文章。她任職研究助理的經驗使她對心理健康和兒童適應有更深入的了解。梁氏於 2021 年 9 月在英國愛丁堡大學開始攻讀博士學位，並在 Katie Overy 教授和 Aja Murray 博士的指導下進行研究。她將集中探索年輕音樂學習者如何培養情緒調節技能，以實現更健康的心理生活，並探討香港和英國背景下的文化差異對音樂學習者情緒調節能力的影響。
